Chicken Involtini
Italian influence is pretty big in the Land Down Under. It found its way into my belly in the form of Chicken Involtini while I was grabbing a bite to eat on Circular Quay in Sydney. The restaurant was a mixture between a cafeteria and a sit down restaurant.
Involtini is essentially a stuffed chicken with sauce on it. Very savory, it was juicy bacon-filled loveliness, with a creamy sauce that I'm probably still running off. Is your mouth watering? Mine was.
